My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient, with a cabana right inside the patio doors for drinks and a lovely fireplace outside. Despite the nice decor, the space was limited to just one corner with bottled beer available. The service was attentive to our requests, although some staff members seemed more interested in their own conversations. The dining experience was a bit misleading, as they provided a coupon card for free breakfast but charged otherwise. The room, while fitting our needs, had some cleanliness issues, like finding a green pill under the desk. The price was reasonable, but there were areas that could be improved for a more satisfactory experience.

However, the freezing cold room was not pleasant. Service at the Best Western Plus had issues with the heating and cooling in my mom's room, but the various services like room service, dry cleaning, and a welcome drink added some comfort. The location could have been perfect if the fire pit was not broken, but it was still fabulous with plenty of outdoor seating options and being close to the airport and various restaurants. The dining at the in-house cafe had its ups and downs, especially with breakfast options. Overall, it was a stay with limitations but some conveniences too.
